@BuckeyeInternet Our internet has gone out twice in the past hour, we called once, the guy did nothing, we’ve reset our box twice, still verrrry slow. Can’t game or stream anything. This happens at least 2-3 times a week.

@BuckeyeInternet Talked to someone at that number after waiting 35 minutes. Still, my sent emails are gone and at least a dozen emails tonight about my limp ****, my need 4 keto & CBD. Surely your “server mitigation” could fix this. You have worn me out with your lack of care for small customers.

Trying to cancel my @BuckeyeInternet cable and home phone service. Been put on hold 6 times and kicked to the same rep, who can't help me, 5 times. Been on the phone for over 45 min. Waiting on hold (again). This "local service" kinda sucks.

@BuckeyeInternet Nope would not recommend overpriced, limited and bad latency networking to any of my friends or colleagues. Can you put the $100 into looking into wiring in my area, 50+ ms to server 30 miles out is not acceptable.

I love doing the yearly thing with @BuckeyeInternet where I contact support and they tell me nothing is wrong even when the speed test I run on their site is showing half speeds. Can't wait for them to turn up tomorrow to find out it's noise on the lines again...
